URBAN PONICS Shipping & Delivery Policy

We may process all deliveries through reputed couriers like Shiprocket, Delivery, Aramex, Blue Dart, DTDC, DHL and more. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners. In certain cases, we also deliver via Transport / Surface Cargo Mode (India only).

 

Shipping Costs
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship on Sunday, or holidays), however some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping.
Your Shipping Confirmation Email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and how you can track your package.

International Shipping
We ship orders to over 100 countries URBAN PONICS LLP offers shipping to international countries listed below. Please review our international order and shipping policies as shipping rates and other taxes may vary depending on the shipping country.

Shipping

International orders are shipped under International priority services with our carriers FedEx, DHL, India Post and includes insurance for the full value of the merchandise. The delivery time is estimated to be 10-15 business days; however, this might get extended based on customs process and may also vary depending on the destination country. In case of multi-seller orders, all products will be first consolidated at a location within India and then dispatched to the International destination.

Customs, Duties, Taxes and Other Charges
Orders shipped to addresses outside of India may be subject to additional charges, taxes or fees which are determined by the local customs office of the destination country. The customer will have to bear any import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges that may additionally be collected for when the package is delivered.
International purchasers are advised to contact their customs office for accurate duty and tax information. Ordering Process
International orders require additional handling to ensure quick and accurate processing. These orders include any order that is to be exported after the point of sale with URBAN PONICS LLP. URBAN PONICS LLP does offer limited international shipping options via FedEx, but items that are shipped via tractor trailor require the use of a freight forwarder.

 

We must confirm the following information prior to being able to fully process an international order: 

  • Written request for all desired items and accessories.
  • Verified and agreed upon payment method.
  • Domestic delivery address, contact info & required export documents.
  • Ultimate delivery address of consumer.

URBAN PONICS LLP uses FedEx shipping for small packages that ship internationally. We also use FedEx services for freight items that ship to Canada. URBAN PONICS LLP does not partner with or offer referrals for any specific freight forwarding service.

Terms

  • Providing inaccurate or deficient information may result in delays and additional fees for which URBAN PONICS LLP will not be held liable.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • URBAN PONICS LLP does not cover customs, local taxes, or any other border crossing fees.
  • If shipping to a domestic 3rd party freight forwarder, customers are responsible for any charges that may incur due to transits, storage, or delays.

Shipping Status 

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You may also view your order online by logging into your account and selecting ‘Order History

 If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Charges 

Our shipping charges are highly negotiated and optimized charges worked out with the reputed courier & logistics companies.

The shipping charges are computed by our software based on the shipment weight, the shipping address and the shipping methods selected – and are the lowest cost option available there. We do not have an option to modify or override these charges.

 

Delivery of Products:

URBAN PONICS LLP shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods in the event of flood, fire, wars, acts of natural calamity or any because that is beyond the control of URBAN PONICS LLP We shall also be not liable for any loss or damages occurring due to negligence of Logistics Partner during or at the time of delivery of goods. We will try and work in a best possible way towards getting the claim passed by the Logistics Partner, but there is no guarantee towards it.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled.
