Salad Featuring Spring Mix Greens and Fresh Mint

Recipe for a delicious salad featuring spring mix greens and fresh mint:


4 cups of spring mix greens (such as Lolo Rosso, Romaine, Loose Leaf, and Red Mizuna)
1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves, chopped
1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
1/4 cup of sliced strawberries
1/4 cup of sliced red onion
1/4 cup of balsamic vinaigrette dressing


  1. Rinse the spring mix greens in cold water and spin them dry in a salad spinner.
  2. Transfer the greens to a large salad bowl.
