Mixed Salad Greens

Recipe for a simple mixed salad greens:


4 cups mixed salad greens (such as mesclun, baby spinach, arugula, and lettuce)
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup red onion, sliced
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette (store-bought or homemade)


  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
