Greek Salad

Here’s a recipe for a Greek salad with cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, Romaine lettuce, olives, cucumber, watermelon seeds, and a classic Greek vinaigrette:


1 head of Romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
1/4 cup watermelon seeds

For the dressing:

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, cucumber, Kalamata olives, and watermelon seeds.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the extra-virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
  4. Serve the Greek salad immediately and enjoy!

You can also add other ingredients to this salad, such as red onion, feta cheese, depending on your taste preferences. Enjoy!
